Return Policy

We want you to be completely confident in every Willings purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our authentication standards.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The return request must be initiated by emailing support@willings.ltd with your order number and reason.

Eligible Returns

Our Fault — Free Return, Full Refund

  • Item significantly different from the listing description
  • Authentication concerns (we will refund in full and reimburse return shipping)
  • Item arrived damaged beyond the disclosed pre-owned condition
  • Wrong item shipped

For our fault returns: We provide a prepaid return label, refund the full purchase price plus original shipping.

Change of Mind — Returns Accepted with Conditions

  • Item must be in the exact condition received (unworn, all tags/cards/dust bags/boxes intact)
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • 5% restocking fee applies (covers re-authentication and re-listing costs)
  • Refund processed once item is received, inspected, and re-authenticated

Non-Returnable

  • Items showing wear inconsistent with how they were returned
  • Items returned without original packaging or accompanying items
  • Items modified, altered, or repaired after delivery
  • Final-sale items clearly marked as such on the listing

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection and re-authentication: 2-5 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method: 5-10 business days after inspection
  • Total time from return shipment to refund landing: typically 10-15 business days

How to Return

  1. Email support@willings.ltd with your order number, item, and reason for return
  2. We respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely with all original accessories
  4. Ship using the provided label (our fault) or a tracked carrier of your choice (change of mind)
  5. Refund issued after inspection per the timeline above
